Belonging to the SNQ category definitely gives you an advantage.

You have not mentioned the college, your rank, etc. so it is a little difficult to answer this query.

In my opinion, you will be able to get CS or IT engineering seat in 2nd round if you will cross the cut-off rank. However, if your rank remains below the cut-off then you will not get a seat in that stream.

If you have other college options too then I would suggest you to wait for 2nd round results because you might have some chances as you belong to the SNQ quota.
