See both are completely very different fields. One is related to It sector while the other is related to ancient ayurvedic medicine and modern medicine.
Definitely becoming a doctor is a much difficult task because they have to study a lot.
And also in Bams , mostly hindi and sanskrit languages are used. You have to learn shlokas in sanskrit.
So overall it is quite difficult. More difficult than Mbbs.
Here you have to deal with a human body

However It field is related to information technology which is a very modern day use. And also in this you will deal with machines.

Bams and It both have a very good scope in future. Scope of bams is increasing day by day.

So it totally depends upon your interest. I would suggest you to choose It sector because you will become financially stable more fast in this field
