If you get a seat from AIQ in first round then you have three choices. First you report to college and get admission. Second report to college but you want to upgrade so you can go for upgradation in second round. Third report to college andeand surrender your seat and exit counselling without loosing security fees. Now if you once enter in second round there is no surrender and free exit from this round. If you get a college in second round then you will have to report the college and get admission or otherwise don't report the college and exit with forfeiture security fees (means you will loose security deposit). So just be clear and then decide to go on AIQ COUNSELING or state quota counseling.
