Dear Kavitha
There is no such option for SELECTING for free exit in the round-1 or exit with forfeiture of security fees in round-2 for Online All India Quota or Deemed/Central Universities UG Counseling-2019.
If a candidate didn't reported to allotted college in the round-1, it will be considered as free exit. And candidates who have completed the admission formalities in the allotted college of round-1 and given willingness for upgradation as "YES" will retain the seat and can participate for round-2 and if they don't want admission in the allotted college in round-2, then they can exit with forfeiture(loosing) of security fees (Rs 10,000/-) within 2 days of publishing of round-2 result.
