Hello,

In CBSE 10th and 12th; there's a total sum of 500 marks that a student can appear in. 5 subjects each carrying 100 marks. Total mark of each subject is divided between Theory and practical (or) project (or) internal assessment.

You'll have to score more than 33% in each section. Let it be theory (or) practical ; in each part of each subject you have to score more than 33% to pass the 12th CBSE board.

While for 10th board; you'll have to get a total of more than 33% in each subject to pass the exam.

For subject NCC; the practical exam will be conducted by an examiner appointed BY CBSE board. For all other practical/ project ; they'll be conducted at the school by an external examiner.
