In CET cap round 1 the seat allotted to me is GOPENH but I am OBC Candidate,why it is so.

Hello aspirant ,

GOPENH means A candidate either male or female who belongs to general category and belongs from the Home state.....

It depends on in which category you fill the form and the type of seat in that college.....

It is like...for example you have secured a general rank which is lower than the mentioned cut off in general category and if there are vacancies in that college then you will be alloted a seat in open category even though you are reserved candidate......and another candidate from your category will be a alloted a seat considering reservation......

Even SC/ST/OBC falls under general category which is open to everyone including general category candidate.
