In CS stream ,is computer is started from basic ?? Is c++,c,java,python and squil language is there in cs stream??

In entire sceneaio of programming language C ( developed by Denis riche.) language is basic language which you will learn first in your course of computer science either it is Btech or BCA . You will be tought as you didn't learn any of the language in your class 11th and 12th, you are here for learning about computer science very first time. So don't bother about it if you don't have knowledge about even a single programming language so, you will be tought from your basis and after learning C language you will be moving with further languages.

Use institute of engineering and management instead of university of engineering and management because you are finding for engineering.

Sir actually I can't get iem so I think about uem. Is uem is better than heritage and techno in terms of placement
Ok, about UEM i didn't found as such special ratings and recommendation for this but you can go through the above link for review s of people about UEM.
Basically it is a deemed university and if there is not special rating and recommendation then i think it will not better. But still you can check on the above link.

And you can also compare it with another colleges from very first link which I have provided you. using university comparison instead of engineering comparison.
But previous year many students got placement and also it links with uem and also this year they said that many students this year also many students got placement

Firstly they both are linked UEM and IEM one is deemed university approved with UGC and another is affiliated college approved with AICTE . company visit in both is same and placement is also equivalenty same but difference is of rating and recommendation which also plays a major role. And if you have two options BCA from heritage and Btech from UEM then my suggestion for you is to go with Btech where you can learn more as you can't in BCA and if you are going for placement purpose then UEM is better for you .
