in gate 2020 hpcl and bpcl recruit but my doubt is it based on gate 2020 only or any valid score in gate 2019 also taken please explain

The official notification is not yet released by HPCL and BPCL yet.Some PSUs accepts previous year GATE score and present year GATE score as well while few accepts only present year GATE score.When the advertisement is released the details will be known until then we cannot say anything certainly as rules and regulations changes from time to time.So you have to wait until the notification is released.
