I understand that you have scored the rank of 9042 as OBC category rank and I believe your general category rank is much more than your OBC rank and so to answer your question since you did not get a seat in the first on the counselling therefore you have very low possibility of getting a good seat in the second round of counselling however there are chances that you would be able to get a route seat in the subsequent rounds of counselling provided that you have the OBC certificate that was issued to you and also satisfy all the other eligibility criteria that was laid out by the governing body.
