in ignou University at Manipur imphal does they take normal class ordid they appear exams only

IGNOU regional centre Imphal, Manipur offers only distance education. That means no regular classes are conducted and you have to just appear for exam.
the centre at manipur is a regional centre for administrative work and all. Not for classes
