Dont worry if you dont visit the main campus for spot round you are not participating in it.

Spot round is used to fill in the vacant seats and it is not necessary to attend it, even I had the same instructions last year which I aggreed to and there was no rule to attend it compulsary.

So dont worry your freezed seat is safe just visit the campus for reporting with the documents needed.
