Group Discussion and personal interview are the common rounds for getting Admission to the College or in the Job hiring process. Now a days BBA course is one of the Best course . If you want to opt MBA course , GD and PI are the common rounds that you have to crack to get the Admission. GD is all about how you deal a particular situation with a team.In this they will test your Leadership skills, Initiation and patience. Whereas PI is all about how communicative you are. Generally it includes Personal questions like Your Hobbies, goals and recent Activities. Confidence is the only key to Crack an interview.

There won't be any important questions. There won't be any syllabus for that. You are the syllabus. In PI all the questions will be about yourself. In GD topics whoch are trending currently will be given to discuss like Social Media, views about E- learning, Corruption, Digital Marketing, Inflation and all.
