You can check below details to fill the JIPMER 2018 Application form
Photograph
You need to upload Passport size (30mm*45mm) image with light background in which Name of candidate and date should be written on a placard. You have to Save the image As- ‘Candidate Photograph.jpg’. Size should be 10 Kb to 80 Kb and Format should be- JPG/JPEG
Signature
While uploading signature background should be white (80mm*35mm). You have to signed with black ball point pen and you have to save your image As- ‘Candidate Signature.jpg’ and size should be- 10 Kb to 80 Kb and Format should be JPG/JPEG
