in mba pgcet 1st round i choosen choice entry 1 now im not interested to join the alloted college due to my personal problem still i didn't pay the fee will kea charge any penalty

There will be no penalty if you have not paid the fee prescribed by KEA. If you have downloaded the challan and paid the fee but wish to surrender then the fee will be refunded after deducting Rs. 5000. If you do not pay the fee you will not be able to download the admission order further you cannot participate subsequent rounds of the counselling so you will be left with no seat in your hand as you have selected choice 1 after the first seat allotment.
