PGCET-My choice entry was'nt uploaded after PGCET first round allotment,due to server traffic.As mentioned in the brochure am not eligible for next procedure,is der any possibilty to attend second round allotment if i visit kea office directly and request them to solve my problem. kindly reply

It is very sad that you have missed the chance to fill and submit the choice filling, but since the time period for submitting the choices is already over, you can't attend the counseling or simply put can't get a seat through PGCET.
Even if you try to go to the officials at their office it won't help you because there was enough time to submit the choices, yes you could have faced the issue due to high server traffic, but there is no way for you to continue further rounds and process of counseling.
You can try and give the exam next year, but the best option will be to look for other colleges and maybe some other course.
