In my 12th CBSE marksheet, 'Kumar' is missing in my father's name. Can I correct it using the 10th marksheet?Does it create problems?

No, there is no such provision to change the name after the marksheet is given to the candidate because the name appear according to the list sent by the school and school authority must have given you the list to re-check all the details. Also, it will not create any problem. Because 'Kumar' is the middle name and in more than 95% forms/applications, middle name is optional.

Hope it helps.

It will create problems at job verification time or not?
