In my class 10 and 12 documents my father's surname is added but in his documents as well as rest of mine all documents like caste certificate and adhar card surname is not added. will it cause any issue in neet counseling and aso please tell how yo rectify this mistake

You can solve this problem by two ways: either by changing name in 10th and 12th marksheet or by changing name in all the other documents.
If you want to change the name in the 10th and 12th marksheet, then you need to visit your school authorities, they will ask for some documents and it will be done.
If you want to change name in Adhar card, you can do so by visiting any near E-disha or adhar centre. For caste certificate, visit the near tehsildar office with the updated adhar and other documents.
