I didn't quite get that!. As I understand you want to change your mothers name in your current passport to your mother's name in 10th certificate I didn't get the latter half of the question pls clarify.

"To change your gender or your father's/mother's name, you have to apply for a "Re-issue" of passport and get the specified change done in personal particulars. To check the complete list of documents to be submitted along with the application form, please click on "Documents Advisor" link on Home page."

For list of documents click on this link fill in the details and carry original and self attested photocopies of the documents on the day of appointment to PSK
