In my provisional certificate there is no sign of college director , it is necessary that have sign of college director for gate applying ??

Hello,
Mostly it's not needed. Your college principal or dean's signature will do the work. Your academic,admission and account section might have attested it saying you have successfully cleared your graduation. you should get the college stamp or seal on it
This much will do the work. you can use it in your gate exam and upload it as a document.
