in nda admit card there is statement in instruction that (your candidature to the exam is provisional) what does it mean?

Provisional acceptance means that your application has been accepted assuming that you make the minor revisions recommended by the reviewers. It is an assured acceptance as long as you make those remaining revisions.
That your application is completed yet there are still some changes left to be done.
