Well, its really difficult to make any kind of predictions about where those '10' questions will come from. Though, they would of course, be related to the topics that are there in the NCERT, but they can be formed from literally anywhere.
But let me tell you, just because it is already known that 80 questions are asked from the NCERT, doesn't mean that you'll be able to solve all of them just by reading the NCERT once. You need to work really hard and read each chapter at least 3-4 times, and make short notes. And after that you have to solve many MCQs. Only after that will you be able to attempt those 80 questions.
So I would suggest that it would be better if you focus on these 80 rather than trying to study extra for the other 10 questions.

There's not any specific book for competitive exams. You can follow the last few years' question papers to get a brief idea about questions. Gain knowledge as much as possible. That may be the key to crack NEET biology.
