With this rank of yours amd belonging to obc you might get govt colleges in Rajasthan. As per previous year the last rank which got govt medical college in Rajasthan under state quota and obc category was 5847 in GMC Dungarpur.

We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.

As per the previous year cutoff trends, you seem to have a good chance in these Government colleges in Rajasthan -
- Dr. Sampurnanand Medical college - rank for OBC - 3953
- Govt. Medical College, Bharatpur - 5634
- GMC Kota - 4726
- Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College - 4419
- Rabindranath Tagore Medical College - 4341
You can consider these institutes, and you can get into better colleges as per your preference.

Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
