Dear Lakshmi, the moment you select your Category and submit the Application form for NEET PG, you sealed the Category that you chose. Because during the correction window as well, there was no option to correct the category list as it effects the merit list. The moment you realised the mistake, you should have ideally filled in a new application form. But now, results have been declared and the qualified candidates will be called in for counselling. If you qualify in NEET PG, you qualified as a General Category student and not as an OBC student. And  if you could have been qualified if you originaly selected the right OBC category, it is quite an unfortunate incident. Eitherways the merit list is prepared keeping in mind all the category details the students have filled in. Now there cannot be changes made. The only thing to hope is that the cut off marks decrease and you qualify as a General Category student.

For NEET PG 2019, the correction window last date was December 26, 2018, where candidates could correct and edit their date of birth and category. Details mentioned in the application form are verified at the time of counseling and joining the institute. So, sorry, you cannot change your category anymore.
