In nift i got admission in gandhinagar through ews cat. In first round .....nw for 2nd round of counseling no seats r available in ews cat.

Yes, you may get a seat through general category, if the seats are vacant in General category and you match the cutoff criteria. However, you won't get any benefits of fee waiver etc. By General or unreserved or open category it doesn't mean that only general category students can get admission under this category , if you are from EWS or OBC or SC or ST or any other category and cleared cut off for general category then you will get admission under general category .
