In the self declaration for OBC NCLform just below the parents signature their is Name, whose name should be filled, is it applicant name or Father name???

So recently i have given my first board examination but while filling omr sheet i had done mistake in wrting Roll no in words. I had made spelling mistake and wrote hundered instead of hundred. Will my omr sheet be considered also i just forget to write one number so i wrote it in small size.?

In omr sheet, Candidates name can be filled in 20 boxes by 20 letters.If a candidate name is 21 letters ,how to fill it? will they change the omr or Is there any solution to fill the 21 of candidates name in 20 boxes of omr??
