In the self declaration for OBC NCLform just below the parents signature their is Name, whose name should be filled, is it applicant name or Father name???

There will be your parent's name who will sign that self declaration and below that you have to put your signature if you are applying for OBC-NCL reservation in JEE-Main 2022.
Application process for JEE-Main 2022 :-
>>>>> First of all you have to visit the application window of JEE-Main 2022 for which link is given above and then generate your application number and password.
>>>>> Now log-in using the application number and password generated in first step.
>>>>> There you will have to fill the application form with correct and valid details.
>>>>> Then after you will have to upload some documents and images in prescribed format which is given below :-
- The recent photograph should be either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
- Scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible).
- The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible).
- The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb (clearly legible)
- The size of the scanned copy of the Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) Or of self declaration should be in pdf between 50kb to 300kb (clearly legible).
- The size of the scanned copy of the PwD certificate should be in pdf between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible).
>>>>> Now proceed for payment of JEE-Main 2022 application fee.
