in order to apply for neet, is it compulsory to have physics as a subject in 12th grade? especially if the child studies in an ib school and would like to study physics separately and not as a part of the school curriculum

Well as per eligibility criteria it is required for a student to have physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology as a subject along with one language in their class 12th curriculum. Then only they will be eligible to even register and then sit for the exam.
