In pantnagar entrance exam the major questions are from class 11 syllabus or class 12 syllabus?

One of my friend is from pantnagar. As he told us that the exam in completely from intermediate syllabus..
Most of the questions are from NCERT.
Much required you have to solve previous year set papers and sample papers.
