456 with an SC category reservation benefit looks a par score for government medical colleges in Haryana. Last year the last person to enter in Haryana medical colleges in ESIC medical college was having 433 marks. But as you know the cutoff is expected to rise this year as the paper level was called easy and the number of candidates appearing for exams had also been increased.
So just wait for the state merit ranks to disclosed. And then you can clearly have an idea of getting into it or not.
