Firat of all Congrats on your rank,You have secured a very good rank,Now coming to point you have secured both Jawaharlal Nehru University of Technology,Hyderbad as well as Osmania University,as their closing rank is 3000-4000 for General,but contact your colleges about your specilization because sometimes they don't offer all courses,be sure of that.
