In upsee my GN rank is 29340 and GL rank is 5808 can I get ec branch in top 5 college of upsee?

Based on your rank it is very tough to get a good government college. But you may get admission in Lucknow University (government college). But you can get admission in many private Colleges:
.1 IIMT Engineering College Greater Noida
2. ITS Engineering College Greater Noida
3. Inderprastha engineering College Ghaziabad
4. Sharda University Greater Noida
5. Amity University Noida
6. Krishna Engineering College Ghaziabad
These are the Colleges which is situated in NCR.
You can get admission in any of these Colleges. Do your counselling properly. Go through counselling till last round. It also depends on the cutoff list. The cutoff list depends on the number of students appeared in the exam and the level of paper whether it is easy moderate or difficult.
