Hey Jai!

The cutoff for civil engineering in IET Lucknow till round 4 closes at around 2300 for general candidate. Since you are an OBC candidate , for admission in civil engineering in IET lucknow , your rank must be under 3k. And since your rank is more than that , you have no chances to be there . You can predict the names of other colleges where you can get a seat in civil engineering , by using UPSEE College predictor tool 2019.
