The only thing I want to suggest you in this regard is that if you want to get admitted in other state via you can get into it only through AIQ counselling. For any other state quota you must have domicile of that state.

I guess you are asking the question for NEET examination, based on your field of interest. Well, only the students who have the domicile of that particular state are eligible to appear for the state counselling, candidates not living in that state, but hold the domicile of that state, can appear for the counselling.
