The hunger pangs for energy has resulted within the country made hooked in to fossil fuels like coal, oil and gas.There is a capacity of about 1, 95,000 MW non-conventional energy in India. 31 % of it is the form of solar energy, 30% in ocean and geo-thermal, 26 % in biomass and 10 % in wind energy.
