Dear Aspirant,
You have decent chance of getting into you home state NITs. However, you can not get the branch of your preference. Though you could take up metallurgy or chemical or production engineering.
For IIITs and GFTIs you'll find it hard to get admission with your rank. It should be under 15k for that.
