Class 12th original marksheet isn't required at the time of admission in Delhi university ,  you just need your class 12th Marksheet and class 10th marksheet,  there is no need of provisional marksheet.

No, class 12 provisional certificate is not mandatory to seek admin Delhi university.

The documents required at the time of admission in Delhi university are

• Class 10 marksheet
• Class 12 marksheet
• SC/ ST/ OBC or any other reservation certificate that you have applied.
• You should also carry two sets of self attested photocopies of these certificates

Certificate in case of reserved category

Passport size photographs

No, provisional certificate isn't mandatory unless its asked by college authority and you do not have 12th class marksheet. Last year, it was necessary to submit it but this year the trend changed.
