Is 420 in NEET 2019 enough to fetch me a BDS seat in Panjab University?

If you belong to UR or OBC category, then your chances of getting BDS seat in punjab are very close to nill.
As per past years trend, cutoff for UR category are between 480-520 and for OBC category, the cutoff lies more or less close to 465.
But if are from SC category, you have a very fair chance of getting BDS seat in punjab.

You have not mentioned about your reservation category, because the seat allotments are also based on reservation categories as well ,
If you belong to General category then Considering the previous year's Cutoffs , for general category students the Cutoffs of punjab govt dental college was 455 marks and 41730 rank,
Therefore if you belong to General category then it seems quite difficult to fetch a seat but if you belong to reservation category then you might have chances ,

The previous year's Cutoffs for a OBC candidate was 438 marks with 51520 rank ,
So based on previous year's Cutoffs you can have a idea about your possibility of getting seat, but Don't loose hope as the Cutoffs changes every year, so better you attend all the counselling phases and try your luck ,
