Yes, if you are from general category , then to get admission in AIIMS you still need 60% in aggregate of physics chemistry biology and English to be eligible for admission in MBBS.
This is because,
Though AIIMS MBBS entrance examination has been scrapped off and now admission is through Neet examination but percentage requirement in 12th to be eligible for Aiims is still the same .

Aiims eligibility criteria is given below:-
to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology and English and must have got:-

at least 60 % in aggregate of PCB and English in 12th examination if belongs to general /obc category

at least 50% in aggregate of PCB and English if belongs to st/ Sc
-
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB and English in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for Aiims 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021

All candidates must have cleared their class 12 board examination from one of the recognised board of education. All General Category candidates must ensure that they have secured 50% aggregate score in the qualifying exam, while SC, ST and OBC candidates are required to have secured 40% aggregate score.
