Dear Aspirant,
The 75000 fees is the seat acceptance fee which has to be given within 15th June failing to which your seat will be cancelled. The choice filling has to be done till 3rd of june.
Coming to the next part of the question , the fees is refundable but a certain amount will be deducted if you claim for refund.
