is anyone eligible for 3rd time when not qualify gate exam previous 2 times ? and i haven't qualify 1st time and absent in 2nd times. is i am eligible for 3rd time to apply gate exam.

You can appear as many times as you want in GATE exam because there is no age or attempt limit. You can apply as many times as you want until you meet academic qualification required in GATE.
