You can either use your Birth Certificate or the admit card issued during Class 10 Board Examination.
As far as the documents required during NEET Counselling is concerned, it has been clearly stated that there has to be a "Proof of Birth". The Admit Card of Class 12 doesn't mention your date of birth and hence it isn't a valid document. Any other document except these 2 mentioned above won't be accepted. I suggest, better go with the Class 10 Admit Card, even I took admission in MBBS through the admit card and not birth certificate. However, if asked about valid ID Proof, then you must have Aadhar Card as the most reliable proof.
