is bsc biotechnology takes long years for better settlement or betec biotechnology? and which seems benificial to establish any biotech or pharma company?

BSc biotechnology is mainly based on theoretical papers analysis laboratory works but BTech biotechnology is mainly based on laboratory works and a tight schedule of the subjects. In the first year of BTech biotechnology which is a four years course has the classes of other branches of Engineering. In the second year BTech biotechnology there is subjects and practical classes .In BSC biotechnology which is a degree course of 3year, from the first year the core subjects related classes are taken and has a relax schedule of laboratory works. For B tech biotechnology can you can Do PhD directly but from BSc biotechnology candidate do first the MSc biotechnology then PHD. So so in the fields of biotechnology B tech biotechnology is better than BSc biotechnology.
For sitting of own company of biotechnology or pharmacy B tech biotechnology is the best course as because there is more and more practical for laboratory works in the scheduled of courses.
