Nope BSc Cs and BSc (P,M, Cs) are two different cases. In BSc CS you are specializing in the Computer Science. So in this course you will get a deeper understanding about the subject and the course work you will be doing will have different subjects of CS itself. Now when you talk about BSc (P,M,Cs) then this means that you will have a paper in Computer Science but in BSc CS you will have papers in different subjects of Computer Science itself. So what you learn in BSc CS is comprehensive and in details compared to that of BSc (P,M,Cs).
