B.tech is an 4 year course which consists of different branches and deep study about science and technology. b.tech is an tough and is strong focus and carreir perspective engineering is good to choose here there is great opportunity to get good job and salariea.
Where when we talk about b.sc it is an 3 year course and there is an detail study of science and we deal with basic science andafter b.sc one can do m.sc and can have good job opportunity and one can pursue more study if he or she want to do ao.
Hope this will figure you out.
Thankyou!
It totally depends on your inclinations and interests. If you are more inclined towards research then you can opt for bsc. If you are interested in engineering ie, building and designing things using scientific principles, then opt for btech.
As for value of either courses, both depend on the institute from where you're doing it. For bsc, iisc, bangalore is the best and most difficult to get into. For that, first you have to qualify both jee main and jee advance. You're selected on the basis of rank calculated on the basis of your jee score, neet score, kvpy score. For btech, iit is the best institute.
After bsc, you can do msc and research in the field of your interest while pursuing a phd. While pursuing phd, you can teach in universities. They have handsome salaries. Besides every research paper you give also pays you high amount of money.
After btech, you can work with MNCs or government jobs. There are lot if vacancies for engineers in railways, lmrc, isro etc. Salaries of engineers are usually high.
Based on this, both BSc and BTech/BE are equally good. So you should choose wisely, keeping in point your field of interests. Ps- Both give you an opportunity to work with isro and nasa!!!

Hello Nischal!
It depends on your interest. If you want to make career in the research field then B.Sc (Pure Science)is better than engineering. But if you want to do some practical aspects then engineering is better than B.Sc.
Hope it answer your concerns.
It depends upon your interest. If you are interested in technical aspects you can join engineering you have to update yourself to emerging technologies and you must be capable of applying the fundamentals that you learn in practical situations then engineering is best suited for you.Apart from this you have wide variety of career paths again based on your interest.
If you're good in maths and science you can opt for Bsc but it takes alot of time to build your career, you have to complete your masters too to get a good start for your career.
I hope you have an answer now.
Best of luck!
