IS CBSE STUDENTS NOT ALLOWED IN VDO EXAM?? ONLY UP BOARD??

The eligibility criteria for appearing for VDO exam is that the students should have completed their 10+2 from UP board only. And minimum age to appear is 18 years.
students from any other board can not take the exam.
