Yes, there is quota available for girls in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.
Since you have not mentioned any category I am assuming it to be general category.
You have also not mentioned whether this rank is in EAMCET or pgecet .

Ap PGECET :
It is difficult for you to get JNTU Kakinada with this rank in pgecet even in girls quota. Cutoffs for ECE. Are very low around 500 as majority seats are filled through gate exam and the remaining seats are very less and many a times zero.
