Is i want to put separate applications for Hindu and stephens and ramjas college in Delhi University or I f I put one application under Delhi University basic on cutoff seat allotment is done.

There is only one form for the colleges under Delhi University. Be careful to choose the courses of your preference.
St. Stephens and Jesus and Mary College are the colleges which have a different application form. You need to keep checking the official website of Stephens College to fill the form in time.
