IGNOU is not a college but an open university. Yes, you can go ahead with doing B.Sc from IGNOU.

IGNOU or Indira Gandhi Open University is well known for its distance learning courses online but I would suggest you on regular mode for Undergraduation Programme. IGNOU is the best place for people who want to continue with their Masters.
