Is it compulsory to complete ignou toursim course with BSc. in Hotel Management by NCHMCT for getting a degree from University. Or it is just as extra course in it ?

YES, it is compulsory to complete ignou tourism course with B.Sc in Hotel Management necessarily after giving NCHMCT for getting a degree from University. As per the rules and regulations offered by the respective authority you have to gain that extra 40points to pass the degree which you will achieve by doing the complete ignou tourism course.
