is it compulsory to do service bond in madras medical college in neet pg all india quota seats? if so what is the bond breaking amount?

At the time of admission to the PG courses, the authorities obtained signature of all candidates on an agreement or bond wherein non-service candidates and similarly placed candidates, are required to give an assurance that they would serve the state government for a period not less than two years after completion of their PG course. If they are unable to complete two years of service, candidates should pay a sum of Rs 20 lakh.

As per the notice by the Govt. Of Tamil Nadu, All India Quota Candidates need not to follow the bond condition. You can download the PDF file from https://mcc.nic.in
